Episode #9: Getting Back Into Routine

September is the back-to-everything month, and one that I know I get excited for each year; it’s back to routine! Yet getting back into those habits is always easier said than done. To help me get a jumpstart on routine this year, I picked up a copy of James Clear’s book, Atomic Habits. There wasn’t anything surprising to me in the book (after all, I’m a High Performance Habits coach), but it was interesting to see things from a new perspective. 

In today’s episode, I’m comparing the first three chapters of Clear’s book with the High Performance Habits and my own experiences. Perhaps it will give you a nudge toward creating (or restarting) habits to support your own goals and dreams this season.
