Episode #73: Motivate Yourself Out of a Slump

The dreaded slump. Everything is going great, you’re gaining traction on your goals, when BAM. You get sick, or work gets busy, or you take a vacation, and your whole routine is shot. By the end of it, you can’t muster up any motivation to get going again.

The longer you’re in a slump, the harder it can be to get out. And the key to escaping it is finding the motivation specific to you that will work the best to get you moving again. So before you fall too deep into the doldrums, pop in your earbuds for several ways  you can motivate yourself out of a slump and get back to doing the things you want to do.
