Helping You Create Your Extraordinary Life

Characteristics of my Favorite Clients

Listen to this on the Extraordinary Life Podcast

I want to talk about the common characteristics of my favorite clients, and I’m taking a page from the way my amazing yoga instructor teaches his classes. Kofi Busia uses stories from his life, experiences of his family, and even taken from past students to help us understand the moves and lessons of the day. 591 days of gratitude has changed my outlook and approach to life, despite being an already positive person. It’s improved my relationships, I’ve found more contentment in what I have, and it’s helped me find perspective when things get tough. And looking back on my entries, these three areas, or categories, appear consistently.

Gratitude Makes Your...
